filing the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant, CMP.No.418 of 2015 has been filed to set aside the abatement
caused due to the death of the sole Appellant and CMP.No.419 of 2015 has been
filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant in the main second appeal.
