In the above petition, the proposed respondents have been served privately on 23.10.2021, however have not entered appearance through learned Counsels.
2.A Petition is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent and respondents 5 to 7 in the above First Appeal. There is no abatement in setting aside the appeal in the above order. Petition
is therefore ordered.
3.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment.
