This Appeal Suit is filed under Section 96 of C.P.C. R/W. Order 41 Rule (1) of C.P.C. against the Judgment and Decree dated 19.03.2018 made in O.S.No.23 of 2012 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur.
