Therefore there shall be an order directing the Rural Electrification Corporation/Karvy Fintech Private Ltd. to deposit the maturity sums of the two bonds in 54EC-XI bearing Folio No.285139 for Rs.4,00,000/- and 54EC-XI bearing certificate Folio No. 285144 for Rs.11,00,000/-, which matured on 28.02.2021, together with the accrued interest of these bonds to
the credit of the suit CS.No.422 of 2001.
