The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the entire
dues have been settled and therefore the earlier order of attaching the
immovable property made in A.No.6947 of 2019 dated 23.03.2020 be
raised.
2. Taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel
for the applicant, the application is ordered as prayed for. Necessary
intimation should go to the District and Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, Orissa
and to SRO Tehsil-Jharsuguda. No costs.
