2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner from several occassions. Today (i.e.22.12.2020), when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation from the petitioner. Even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no response from the petitioner. Hence this writ petition is pending from the year 2007 i.e., more than 13 years.
