Rules read with Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. for an order of interim mandatory injunction directing the respondent/defendant bank to issue a closure letter for the loan availed by the applicants in Loan No.51177218 and to return the original documents of the properties secured by the applicants towards equitable mortgage for securing the loan more fully described in the schedule and to discharge the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds (MOTD) executed by the 5th and 6th applicants in favour of the respondent against repayment of the outstanding loan amount by the applicants.
