Application filed seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing
the reply statement.
2 . The defendant had filed the written statement raising a counter
claim. Naturally this necessitates filing a reply to the said counter. Claim by
the plaintiff in the application is for delay of 20 days to be condoned.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent/defendant also.
4. In view of the fact that pleadings are necessary to determine the
issues raised by both the sides, this Application is allowed and the reply
statement filed by the plaintiff is taken on record.
5. List the matter for filing affidavit on admission/denial of
documents on 19.08.2020. Prior to that, both the sides may inspect the respective documents. Registry may list all the pending applications on
19.08.2020.
