PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act No. XVIII of 1960 as amended to set aside the order dated 10.09.2012 passed by the learned VIII Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai in RCA.No.418 of 2006, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 28.03.2006 passed by the learned XVI Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai in RCOP.No. 64 of 1997 and fix the fair rent afresh.
