The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 420 of IPC, in Crime number not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.77 of 2020.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition by quoting the crime number.
