The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.1029 of 2020. He would also submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and has four previous cases pending against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Consideration the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
