Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay of all proceedings of the Decree and Judgment dated 10.11.2017 made in O.S.No.93 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Erode, (CMP.No.5582 of 2018) pending disposal of the above appeal (AS.No.265 of 2018).
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:-
In this miscellaneous petition, on 21.06.2018, an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree was granted till 23.07.2018. Subsequently, by order dated 23.07.2018, the said interim order was extended till 20.08.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
