Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay of all proceedings as against the decree and judgment and dt.14/11/2017 in OS.No.7859/2012 on the file of the Honble XV Addl.City civil court at Chennai (in CMP.No.9220/2018) till pending disposal of the above appeal 361/2018 and;

(ii) to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent not to sell the suit property situated at Plot No.17, 20^th street extension, Korattur, Chennai, bearing S.No.1056, Korattur Village, measuring 1440 sq.ft. To any third person (in CMP.9221/2018) pending disposal of this appeal 361/2018 respectively.
