Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings with respect to the Decree and Judgment dt.19/09/2017 passed in OS.No.902/2014 on the file of Honble XVII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai (IN CMP.NO.10097 OF 2018) pending disposal of the above appeal AS.NO.389 OF 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUGUMAR R.RAJULU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.KAMARAJ, ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

In this miscellaneous petition, an order of interim stay in

respect of passing of final decree alone, was granted on 29.06.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
