Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.65187/97/A3, dated 27.03.1998 and the subsequent final list of Deputy Thasildars panel of the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.A3/17437/99, dated 4.12.2001 and to quash the same as illegal principle of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to prepare panel for every year and promote the petitioner as deputy Thasildar with retrospective effect from 1999,1999,2001,2002,2006,2000, 2000,& 1999 respectively onwards and monetary and service benefits.

COMMON ORDER
When the Writ Petitions were was listed for hearing on 25.10.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence, the Writ Petitions were adjourned to 04.11.2019. On 04.11.2019 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the Writ Petitions under the caption “for dismissal” on 05.11.2019. Though the Writ Petitions have been listed under the caption “for dismissal” today, none appeared for the petitioners. In these circumstances, , this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
