Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to No.1687/P1/2000 dated 09.03.2000 passed by the 4th respondent and the order in No.2673/MU/2000 dated 23.08.2000 passed by the 3rd respondent and the order in No.49496/CS1 dated 06.12.2001 passed by the 2nd respondent and the consequential order of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.443 Home (Prison 2) Department dated 16.03.2004 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary with interest.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died in the year 2007 itself and that no steps have been taken to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.
2.In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
