Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the respondent Service Commission issued in Alert dated nil and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to accept the Application No.823000588 dated 12.10.2018 and issue Hall Ticket and permit the petitioner to sit for the Preliminary written examination which is scheduled to be held on 05.01.2019 at Chennai.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission submitted the letter dated 28.02.2019, issued by the Under Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, stating that the writ petitioner P.Muthulakshmi, has not come to the zone of consideration for the Main Written Examination for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, GradeII to be held on 11.05.2017 and 12.05.2019 in respect of the Notification No.23/2018 dated 03.01.2018 in which the preliminary examination was held on 05.01.2019.
