Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in G O (2D) No. 131 Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 20.11.2007 relating to clauses 5 and 7 of para 10 of the said G O and consequent Circular Ref. No. 66811/E1/5/2018 dated 12.12.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same so far as the petitioner is concerned consequently to direct the 2nd respondent not to fill up the post of Associate Professor in Madras Medical College for which 'Transfer Counselling' conducted on 20.12.2018.
