PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to call the petitioner for interview for the posts of Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies, Immunology and Plant Sciences in the Respondent University and appoint her in any of the said post if found fit with consequential benefits.
