PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute which is pending between the petitioners and the 3^rd respondent in respect of the property situated at Gramanatham Old Survey No.160/1, New Survey No.227/10, Kizhnallathur Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District to an extent of 1452 Sq.ft.

The petitioners have come up with this writ petition to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute which is pending between the petitioners and the 3^rd respondent in respect of the property situated at Gramanatham Old Survey No.160/1, New Survey No.227/10, Kizhnallathur Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District, to an extent of 1452 Sq.ft.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the police authorities do not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent herein.

3.The above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is hereby recorded. It is open to the petitioners to contest their right before the Civil Court for appropriate remedy.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
