Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2018 and conduct a personal hearing and dispose of the representation and to make necessary correction in the will dated 18.12.2007 within a stipulated time frame.

3.The petitioner has come up with the petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 04.07.2018 and conduct a personal hearing and dispose of the same and to make necessary correction in the Will dated 18.12.2007 within a stipulated time frame.
4.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner be granted liberty to file an application before the appropriate Court.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
