Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the memo of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/57728/2010 dated 2.11.2010 directing the second respondent to collect the tax for the vehicle TN 30 AJ 2464 on the basis of the floor area for the period from 1-10-2009 to 30.09.2010, quash the same and direct the respondents to issue the tax clearance certificate in respect of the bus forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
