Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents for the closure of their establishment namely ANJAPPAR HERITAGE and DEE CEE INN at premises No.E-30, 2nd Avenue, Besant Nagar, Chennai – 600 090.
When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence,
nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
