lands in S.Nos.412/8B1, 412/8C1A, 412/8C2A1 and 412/8C2B1 in Keezhamudalambedu Village – II, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Trivellore District.
Prayer in W.P.No.17645 of 2010:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of the third respondent passed in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.238/10/The.Ne.,dated 23.4.2010 and quash the said orders dated 23.04.2010 and direct the respondents to consider and implement any alternative proposals for the construction of bus stop and continue the present bus stop to be located in the existing government poramboke land in S.No.410 of Keezhamudalambedu-II village without affecting the petitioner's lands.
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, both these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
