Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from laying Cement Road in the land portion of the petitioner's house property by grabbing 150 Sq.ft. of the house property bearing Door No.4/67, Bajanai Koil Street, Melathur Village-99 Somangalam B.Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey No.293, New Survey No.577/13 holding patta No.30.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
