Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to open the Price Bid with respect of the bidders who were participated in the tender including the petitioner's bid regarding Package No. TN 21122, TN 21-128, T.N.21-131 & TN 21-151 and consequently directed to issue its work order to the successful bidder within in an appropriate time.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to open the Price Bid with respect of the bidders, who were participated in the tender including the petitioner's bid regarding Package No. TN 21-122, TN 21-128, T.N.21-131 & TN 21-151 and consequently, direct to issue work order to the successful bidder within in an appropriate time.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to give a fresh representation to the respondents and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In the light of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
