The learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that the appellant passed away on 22.10.2009. The said facts was informed before this Court on 31.07.2018. Then the matter is listed today once again. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant brought to the notice that they are unable to secure instructions from the sole appellant.
- The registered letters sent to the appellant on several occasions were returned with an endorsement that there is no such person in the address stated.
