ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 409, 420, 468, 471 and 477(A) r/w Section 34 I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Earlier, this Court had dismissed the petitioners' anticipatory bail petition on the ground that a sum of Rs.84,10,445/- was involved and the matter relates to defalcation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Panchayat funds and there is no change in circumstances.
3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
