ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.03.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 496, 204, 506 (ii) and 376 of I.P.C in Crime No.4 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The petitioner was granted Interim bail by this Court and the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre has since been settled. The interim bail already granted is made absolute and the conditions are totally relaxed. The petitioner shall stand enlarged on bail. It is made clear that there is no need to surrender again.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
