ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
This is the third anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. There is no change of circumstance.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that there is no previous case registered against the petitioner. Therefore, it is also liable to be dismissed.
3.Taking note of the allegation made against the petitioner, this Court rejects this criminal original petition for anticipatory bail. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
