the State submitted that the petitioners herein are complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 789 of 2018, dated 22.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.
