2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation. He would further submit that the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Magistrate.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and
also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.116 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13559 of 2017, dated 09.01.2018, is hereby fully relaxed.
