This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11990 of 2017, dated 12.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner to report before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Shenkottai, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, is fully relaxed. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
