Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10965 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13590 of 2017, dated 04.12.2017, for producing sureties.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioner went to Kerala for taking treatment, he could not produce the sureties in time.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submission.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner went to Kerala for taking treatment, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
