Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in M.P.(MD)NO.2 of 2015 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6399 of 2015 by the order dated 15.12.2015.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6399 of 2015,dated 15.12.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that petitioner is complying the condition regularly without any deviation. He further submitted that investigation is completed in this case.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month, is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
