This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.168 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 02.02.2018 to till date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), present condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
