Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.RC.No.463 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed against the petitioner in C.C.No.3843 of 2009 the Judgment dated 22/09/2017 passed by the Honble Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court magisterial Level No.I, Egmore at Allikulam Chennai and confirmed in C.A.No.314/2017 by the Honble XV Additional Sessions Court, Chennai be suspended and the petitioner to be released on bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C.No.463 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.463 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ARVIND KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:-

The sentence passed against the petitioner in C.C.No.3843/2009 dated 22.09.2017, by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-1, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai 600 003, be suspended on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the cheque amount in respect of the Revision Petition, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the credit of the above said lower Court.
