On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is agreed that the petitioner will file a reply to the notice dated 22.11.2016 along with the relevant documents to show that there is no violation of the building plan in the common passage by a shop as alleged in the notice and based on the materials produced, the concerned authorities will take a decision on the same.
