On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.12.2016 shall be examined by the District Collector, Erode/respondent No.1 and decision taken on the same within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of the copy of this order. Till such time the decision is taken, status quo would be maintained as to the storage godown facility for agricultural produce and in the eventuality of an adverse order, for a period of fifteen days thereafter to enable the petitioner to avail of the legal remedy.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No
costs.
