PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 23.11.2016 seeking removal of the illegal construction in violation of the Housing Board's allotment and that of the encroachment in the common area i.e. children play space as earmarked in the planning permission and also without consent from other co-owners on merits and within a stipulated time.
