Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Tahsildar has fixed the date for measurement on 12.01.2017, in which, notice was also given vide circular dated 04.01.2017. Even though, the land measurement was fixed on 12.01.2017, it is represented that it was not conducted and the officer was not present. It is further represented that earlier also, the date was fixed and it was not conducted.
