PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified
Mandamus, calling for records of the second respondent ending
with Rc.248/MDS/SWNZ/11/Election dated 22.09.2011 and 27.09.2011
and 10.10.2011 in so far as altering the local boundaries of the
Khursani Peer Mosque and Dargah wakf and consequently direct the
respondents to conduct elections as per order in
Rc.2352/C2/2000/CHE dated 27.06.2001 passed by the first
respondent.
