PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 11.08.2016 by conducting enquiry and to initiate action against the 3rd and the 4th respondents within a stipulated time.
After some elaborate arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. The respondents have stated that they do not have initiated corporate punishment in the School, the petitioner has also given an apology letter dated 10.08.2016, to the correspondent
and the school authorities has stated no objection for closing the apology letter.
