Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to disconnect the power connection in Connection No.238-004-426 in the name of the third respondent and given to the petitioner's property being vacant land admeasuring 5 cents of land in the illegal occupation of the third respondent and contained in the property being one Acre and 50 cents of land purchased by the petitioner vide Sale Deed bearing No.3673/11 and Sale Deed bearing No.9046/12 and contained in S.No.31/2A3 and situate at Manthangal Village and comprised within the Jurisdiction of Walajah SRO and contained in Walajah Taluk, Registration District of Arakkonam and in Vellore District in pursuance to the show cause notice dated 24.02.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent.
