Pursuant to the disconnection of service connection, the petitioner made a representation, seeking reconnection. According to the petitioner, he has complied with all the requirements for the aforesaid purpose. Since the request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3.Taking note of the long pendency of the representation, respondents 1 to 3 are hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 09.03.2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
