It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the subsequent development in which the Government has declined to refer the dispute to the Jurisdictional Court, nothing survives for adjudication.

2.In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate remedy against the order passed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
