The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct respondent to verify the certificates of the petitioner and further issue letter of appointment to the post of Graduate Assistant.
averments that the communication was sent belatedly is not sustainable as other candidates who were sent the communication simultaneously have attended the certificate verification. Therefore the petitioner is not entitled for any relief as called for in the Writ Petition.
.......7. Factually there was announcement in the official website, calling upon the petitioner to participate in the Certificate Verification. But she did not attend. Therefore, the petitioner was marked absent. The process of selection was completed and all the posts have been filled up. Therefore, the petitioner has to blame herself for not having closely watched the website. In such view of the matter, at this length of time, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. The Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
In the light of the above said order, no relief could be granted to the Writ Petitioner, hence, the Writ Petition fails. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
