Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
