2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
