Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
